High End Flexographic Printing

Face stock is printed in full process color, spot colors or any combination therein. Adhesive side of label can be printed with one color. Labels are printed with water-based inks over-coated with UV-cured varnish.

• Presses ranging from 8-color to 2-color. Accommodating large and small jobs efficiently.

• Larger production presses can print high-end process work, process plus spot or all spot

• Screens run at 120 lpi, 140 lpi or 155 lpi, depending upon requirements

• Water-Based Solvent-Free Inks are used exclusively

• All temperature and food safe adhesive on face stock

Converting and Rerolling

Finished labels on manageable rolls, sized or counted to your spec, with labels being easily peeled from release liner.

Serialization and Custom Coding

Domino High Speed Inkjet Coders can serialize your labels so each one is unique. Labels can be coded with a variety of different codes including QR, Datamatrix or just about any modern scannable code. Coders can also date code your labels. If you are local, pick up is always an option or we will hand deliver your labels to you with one of own trucks. Or we'll ship UPS worldwide, standard or overnight, and we'll only charge you what UPS charges us!
